Pumpkin Multiples (math craft)

Have fun working on multiplication facts and multiples with this 'Pumpkin Multiples' math craft!

Templates are included for multiples of 10, 2, 5, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 so that your child can work on whichever multiplication table they need to practise.

To make your pumpkin, first print out the template for the multiplication table of your choice.  For each multiplication table, there are two pages to print – a pumpkin picture, and a sheet of pumpkin seeds showing different numbers. There are 14 numbers shown altogether. Of these 14, only 10 are multiples of that particular number (the others are red herrings to make the activity just a bit more challenging!). Find the 10 correct multiples, cut them out and then glue them onto the correct spots on the pumpkin picture. Finally, colour and decorate your pumpkin!

The finished pumpkin crafts look GREAT on display, either at home on the wall or in the classroom on your math bulletin board.
