Skip Counting Turkeys (math craft)

This jolly turkey-theme math craft is a really fun and different way of revising skip counting patterns this Thanksgiving.

It makes a nice activity for children just getting started with skip counting or a creative way to revise the topic.

In this resource the same turkey printable is included for skip counting by 2, 10, 5, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9.

For each skip counting pattern there are two pages to print - a turkey picture and also a page with the numbers. To complete the math craft, simply cut out and stick the numbers in skip counting order onto the turkey's feathers. Finally, decorate your turkey!

The finished turkey crafts look great on display at home or in the classroom.
